Anthony Plymale pre-nuptial agreement
The marriage contract of Anthony Plymale with Sarah Fuller.
Recorded in Deed Book T Page 49.
Wayne County Courthouse, Wayne, West Virginia.
This article of agreement between Anthony Plymale of the first part and
Sarah Fuller of the second part, Witnesseth that the said parties have agree as follows:
that being about to enter into the marriage relations they make this anti-nuptial
contract, that the said party of the first part hereby agrees and binds himself to convey
to and assure to the said party of the second part, real and personal property belonging
to said party of the first part amounting in value to not less than two thousand dollars
($2.000), which is to be conveyed to the separate use of the party of the second part,
free from debts and claims of the party of the first part. The said property to be
conveyed to her in consideration of her marriage right in the estate of the party of the
